Please follow the simple step-by-step guide below to measure your own blinds.

Firstly decide if you would like your blinds to fit inside or outside the window recess. Then follow the relevant instructions below.

To Fit Inside the Recess

Measure the width by taking the wall to wall measurement in three places as shown below. Then measure the drop by taking the measurement from the top of the window recess to the window sill, again in three places as shown. Take the smallest measurement for both the width and drop and note them down.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Fit Outside the Recess

Measure the exact area you would like the blind to cover as shown below.

 

 

 

 

 

Finally please make sure that tiles etc will not be in the way of your blinds as they will prevent your blinds from fitting perfectly. If you do have tiles look at the diagram below to see how to measure accurately.
