Panel Blinds

Panel blinds have two great functions; they are ideal for large windows, doors and in particular patio doors and can also be used as a modern and very stylish sliding room divider, which is also great for providing privacy. The blinds consist of large panels of fabric which are attached to a sliding headrail mechanism. This enables the fabric panels to be drawn to the side and neatly stacked behind one another, allowing  as much light as possible to enter the room. Sliding the panels into the closed position can diffuse the light and glare enetring the room or create an effective privacy screen or a semi-private screen when used with transluscent fabrics.Many of the fabrics are also available as roller blinds so that different blind styles can be co-ordinated throughout the room. Like vertical blinds, panel blinds can either be drawn to the left or right hand side or they can be split in the middle so they act like curtains.
